Recently renovated studio located in the center of Helmond. Because of its central location, shopping facilities are nearby. The studio is located on the 3rd floor above the grocery store.

Layout:
The entrance is located at the rear of the building which is shared with 3 other housing units. Here is also the mailbox located. Through the central staircase, which is also used by the grocery, one can go upstairs. Each apartment has its own entrance to the stairwell which of course can be closed separately.

On the top floor is the studio located, equipped with all amenities: a kitchen with all necessities, bathroom with sink and living room and bedroom are separated by a loft.
