Layout
The spacious communal courtyard connects to the terrace at the front which gives a real neighborhood feel. From the terrace, the front door opens into the hallway. Onwards is the open kitchen with a dining area to the left and the lounge at the front facing the terrace. The kitchen in a black finishing stands out and is well equipped. It comes with a stainless steel countertop, induction heated cooker, extractor, a combi oven, fridge with a freezer section and a dishwasher. The sofa in the lounge can be pulled out and turned into a comfortable bed. Another convenience are the remote controlled blinds and curtains.

A second hallway connects to the back of the apartment. Here is where a separate toilet is found and next to it, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer set up to the right and a shelving unit to the left for domestic appliances and other household products. This space also contains the boiler and a mechanical air ventilation system.

Quietly situated at the back, the bedroom comes with a good sized wardrobe closet and direct access to the adjoining private terrace (6 m²) with two doors to use. The en suite bathroom has a wash basin with drawers underneath and a large walk-in shower.

Specifics
The apartment is available for a minimum 12-month lease duration and the deposit equals two months' rent. Keeping pets and flat sharing is not allowed. There is a private parking spot available in the underground garage for an additional monthly charge. In addition, there is a private storage unit in the garage for sports equipment or similar.

Area information
Around the corner of the apartment and within walking distance are the canals of the city centre where a wide variety of shops and restaurants is present. A nearby building that stands out is a church turned into a micro brewery that has a large terrace facing the water. Public transport is also nearby with the train station less than 10 minutes away when walking with a direct connection to Amsterdam Central Station and Schiphol airport for example. Using a car, the A1, A6, A9 and A10 motorways are all easily reachable with a short drive.
