Ground floor: closed entrance with letterbox to the 3rd floor.
3nd floor: entrance into hall with access to all areas and a separate toilet. Lovely and bright open living room with comfortable sofa and TV. Adjoining the living room is the dining area where you have a round dining table with 3 chairs. The beautiful well-equipped open kitchen has various built-in appliances, such as a combi-oven/ microwave, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor, coffee machine and there are many cupboards to store your food and crockery. A real eye catcher is SMEG's beautiful vintage-look refrigerator. From the living room you can enter the small bedroom which is setup as a walk-in closet.
