Entrance to the apartment through a hallway. From the hallway you can access the separate toilet, internal and very spacious storage room and the bathroom to the left. The two bedrooms are in front of you and around the corner to the right we will find the very spacious and bright living and dining area with open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a combination ETNA oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, a Bosch induction cooking plate, extractor hood and lots of cabinet space. The balcony can be accessed through the back of the living area.

The master bedroom is slightly bigger than the second bedroom and the bathroom is fitted with a rain shower, washbasin and separate bathtub.
