Layout:
Stairs outside to the first floor to reach the entrance of the apartment. Long hallway with access to the living area, bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and separate toilet. The living and dining area are situated on the right side of the hallway and can be closed of with sliding doors if necessary. The dining area is next to the open kitchen which is fully equipped with an induction cooking plate, oven, washbasin, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the property and gives access to the balcony, as well as the walk-in closet.
