Omgeving:

Bereikbaarheid:
Metrostation Ganzenhoef is op loopafstand. Lijn M53 brengt u ieder kwartier naar Centraal Station. Bushaltes liggen vlakbij het appartementencomplex. De bus brengt u in een paar minuten naar NS-station Bijlmer Arena. Van daaruit vertrekken vele intercity's en sprinters richting alle windstreken van Nederland. Ook voor de auto ligt het appartement bijzonder centraal. Via de Gooiseweg bent u zo op de A-10, A-1, A-2 en A-9. Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid direct voor de deur.

Via de afgesloten entree en lift komt u op de tweede verdieping.

Environment:
The house is located in the popular Nieuw Gerenstein district in Amsterdam South East: a spacious green and child-friendly neighborhood and perhaps one of the most popular locations in Amsterdam South East. For example, there are many facilities for children. There is a large lawn with numerous playground equipment, a petting zoo, a tennis court and a football field. The area is rich in greenery and has beautiful water features. You can walk into the Bijlmerweide within a few minutes and if you continue for another 5 minutes you will be in the Diemerbos; a nice combination of city life and close to nature.

In addition, the location of this residential area is very favorable in relation to the major highways (A1, A2, A4, A10) and public transport is also well organized. The bus and metro are close by.
